Deposits 

At Personal Touch Salon, we strive to ensure the utmost positive and enjoyable salon experience. As a courtesy to our guests and stylists, we require new customers to pay a deposit to book all services. This deposit will be held and used toward services on the day of your appointment. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and our stylists earn their income through the services they provide, so late cancellations and missed appointments directly affect their livelihood. Thank you for respecting their time and helping us provide a wonderful experience for every guest.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice require payment of 50% of the scheduled service total.

Missed Appointments

Guests who do not attend their appointment without notifying the salon are responsible for 100% of the scheduled service total.

Late Arrivals

We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, a late fee of $1 per additional minute will apply. Depending on your arrival time and the services scheduled, your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled, and the applicable cancellation or missed appointment fee will apply.

Deposits

Your deposit reserves dedicated time with your stylist and will be applied toward the service booked. Because this time is held especially for you, all deposits are non-refundable. Any deposit already paid will be credited toward an applicable cancellation or missed appointment fee. If you’re unsure which option to choose, please contact the salon before submitting payment.

To complete your deposit, please select one of the following:

• Deposit 1 • Up to 1 Hour Services

  • Haircuts, shampoo blow-dries, and other services scheduled for one hour or less.

• Deposit 2 • 1 - 3 Hours Services

  • Basic color, partial highlights, and other chemical services scheduled for more than one hour but less than three hours.

• Deposit 3 • 3+ Hour Services

  • Blonding, balayage, corrective color, smoothing treatments, extensions, and other services scheduled for three hours or longer.

**Please note, paying a deposit does not automatically accept online appointment requests. If you do not receive a text confirmation or email of your appointment, please contact the salon (210-342-6532) during salon hours and we will gladly assist you and confirm your appointment slot.

**Also please note, Personal Touch Salon accepts cash, check, and debit card payments. We are also happy to accept credit cards as well for a nominal 3% convenience fee.
